Abstract

[spa] Ciertamente, el conflicto empresarial aparece continuamente amenazando la estabilidad de la empresa. En estas situaciones, el líder es el que mantiene el equilibrio y las maneja. Siguiendo con este importante factor, se han considerado aspectos tales como la cultura, la comunicación, el clima y el desarrollo organizacional, así como también la mediación y la negociación que se han convertido en factores fundamentales para el buen funcionamiento de la empresa. Así pues, se ha desarrollado este trabajo que habla sobre la Responsabilidad Social Corporativa y las distintas variables que influyen en la empresa y que son necesarias conocer para poder conseguir los objetivos establecidos por la empresa.

[eng] Certainly, the business conflict appears continuously threatening the stability of the company. In these situations, the leader is the one who maintains the balance and handles them. Continuing with this important factor, aspects such as culture, communication, climate and organizational development have been considered, as well as mediation and negotiation that have become fundamental factors for the proper functioning of the company. Thus, I have developed this work about Corporate Social Responsibility and the different variables that affect the company and that are necessary to know in order to achieve the objectives established by the company.
