¿Las técnicas de credibilidad del testimonio actuales son útiles para los casos de violencia de género?

[spa] Existe una Psicología del testimonio unida al Derecho y la prueba pericial forense, donde entra la credibilidad y obtención del testimonio, siendo uno de los elementos esenciales tanto en delitos de distinta tipología como en casos de violencia de género, siendo los casos de violencia de género en los que se va a centrar el presente trabajo. Primero se definirá que es la violencia de género (VdG), que tipos de maltratos existen, y dentro del maltrato psicológico y físico, definir qué subtipos hay y cuales tendremos en cuenta para la posterior revisión de artículos. Se definirá qué criterios hemos utilizado, cuales se han seleccionado, cuales se han rechazado y como se han obtenido los diferentes artículos para la revisión, para después proceder al análisis de las técnicas de credibilidad y obtención del testimonio que se utilizan de manera habitual en los casos de violencia de género, el protocolo general que incluye estas técnicas y el posterior estudio de cuáles son los protocolos y técnicas más fiables, válidas y útiles en estos casos, tanto para los psicólogos, el sistema judicial, como para las posibles víctimas. Además se hará una reflexión sobre la utilidad y limitaciones para este protocolo, y las limitaciones, posibles mejoras y aportaciones.

[eng] There is a psychology of testimony that is linked to legal law and forensic expert evidence, where credibility and obtaining of testimony enters, being one of the essential elements both in crimes of different typology and in cases of gender violence, being the cases of gender violence in which this work will focus. First it will be defined what gender violence (VdG) is, what types of abuse exist, and within psychological and physical abuse, define what subtypes there are and which we will take into account for the subsequent review of articles. It will be defined what criteria we have used, which have been selected, which have been rejected and how the different articles have been obtained for the review, and then proceed to the analysis of the techniques of credibility and obtaining the testimony that are used in a habitual way in cases of gender violence, the general protocol that includes these techniques and the subsequent study of what are the most reliable protocols and techniques, valid and useful in these cases, both for psychologists, the judicial system, and for potential victims. In addition, a reflection will be made on the usefulness and limitations for this protocol, and the limitations, possible improvements and contributions.
