La importància de l’estil educatiu del docent i l’educació emocional per l’èxit escolar

[cat] Tradicionalment l’educació emocional no era treballada a les escoles, actualment es dona una gran valor al treball de l’educació emocional, ja que es consideren bàsiques per a la vida diària. Per tant, aquest treball s’ha realitzat amb l’objectiu de contestar a la següent pregunta: treballar l’educació emocional dins l’àmbit educatiu millora l’èxit escolar. Per poder arribar a una resposta clara es tractaran els següents aspectes: a que ens referim amb educació emocional, la importància de les emocions als infants i les seves necessitats i l’estil educatiu del docent adequat per treballar les emocions,. Per altre banda, també cal entendre les competències emocionals i les conseqüències d’aquestes, com es troben dins els currículums escolar i com influeixen dins els resultat acadèmics. Per tant, l’objectiu d’aquest treball és : analitzar la influència de l’estil educatiu del docent amb l’ensenyança de competències emocionals i analitzar la relació hi ha entre els aprenentatges fets dins competència emocional i l’èxit acadèmic

[eng] Traditionally, emotional education was not used in schools. Nowadays, a great value is given to the work of emotional education, as it is considered basic for daily life. Therefore, this work has been carried out with the aim of answering the following question: to work emotional education within the educational field up to school success. In order to reach a clear answer, the following aspects will be discussed: what we mean by emotional education, the importance of emotions as children and their needs and the educational style of the teacher suitable for working with emotions. On the other hand, it is also necessary to understand emotional competences and the consequences of these, how they are found in school curricula and how they influence academic results. Therefore, the aim of this paper is: to analyse the influence of the teacher's educational style with the teaching of emotional competences and to analyse the relationship between emotional competence learning and academic success.
