Plan de negocio alojamiento turístico: aspectos económicos y jurídicos

[spa] El negocio de las viviendas vacacionales se ha disparado en los últimos años en gran medida gracias al incremento de las plataformas online que permiten el contacto directo entre el propietario y el cliente. Estas plataformas proporcionan al arrendatario mayores facilidades a la hora de realizar su reserva. Actualmente, el alquiler vacacional es de vital importancia para la economía de las Islas Baleares por el gasto que realizan los turistas en nuestras islas. Sin embargo, hay mucha controversia en torno a las viviendas vacacionales. Desde el mercado hotelero denuncian que existe un desarrollo ilimitado de este tipo de alojamiento, el cual cada vez se está apoderando de una mayor cuota de mercado. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo diseñar un plan de negocio de alquiler vacacional, para ello se llevará a cabo tanto un análisis del mercado, como la elaboración de un plan de marketing y un plan económico-financiero.
