Análisis económico y jurídico del impacto que supone la adopción de diferentes estrategias de propiedad industrial en las pymes españolas

[spa] Este trabajo tiene como finalidad resaltar la importancia que supone la adopción de diferentes estrategias de Propiedad Industrial en el crecimiento y desarrollo de las PYMES españolas. La justificación es doble, ya que, por una parte, existe evidencia de que la presencia de un sistema de Propiedad Industrial dentro de la empresa influye positivamente en su crecimiento y desarrollo. Por otra, las PYMES conforman el corazón de nuestra economía, ya que representan la mayor parte del tejido empresarial español. Como consecuencia de la relevancia que supone la conexión entre ambos conceptos, actualmente tanto el Gobierno español a nivel nacional, como diferentes organismos de la Unión Europea a nivel internacional, están adoptando diferentes políticas y medidas en apoyo a este sector.

[eng] The purpose of this work is to highlight the importance of adopting different Industrial Property strategies in the growth and development of Spanish SMEs. The reason is double. On the one hand, there is evidence that the presence of an Industrial Property system within the companies positively influences its growth and development. On the other hand, SMEs make up the heart of our economy since they represent the majority of the Spanish business fabric. Because of the relevance of the connection between both concepts, currently both the Spanish Government at a national level, as well as different organizations of the European Union at an international level, are adopting different policies and measures in support of this sector
