Análisis de la inteligencia emocional de los futuros graduados sociales de la Universitat de les Illes Balears

[spa] El principal objetivo del presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado (TFG) es analizar la Inteligencia Emocional de los estudiantes del Grado de Relaciones Laborales de la Universitat de les Illes Balears. Para ello, se llevó a cabo una investigación cuantitativa , en la que 60 estudiantes del grado contestaron al cuestionario Adaptación Trait Meta-Mood Scale 48 (Salovey et al., 1995) y posteriormente se analizaron los resultados. Los principales resultados indican que los estudiantes del Grado en Relaciones Laborales de la Universitat de les Illes Balears son, en su mayoría, emocionalmente inteligentes.

[eng] The main objective of this Final Degree Project (FDP) is to analyze the Emotional Intelligence of the students of the Labor Relations Degree at the Univeristy of the Balearic Islands. For this, a quantitative research was carried out, in which 60 students answered the Adaptation Trait Meta-Mood Scale 48 questionnaire (Salovey et al., 1995) and the results were subsequently analyzed. The main results indicate that the students of the Degree in Labor Relations ant the Univerity of the Balearic Islands are, for the most part, emotionally intelligent.
