La inserció laboral dels joves amb estudis amb estudis superiors a Balears

[cat] Uns dels moments més difícils en la vida de l’estudiant recentment graduat és el moment d'incorporar-se al mercat de treball i a accedir a la seva primera ocupació una vegada finalitzat la seva formació acadèmica. En general, s'observa un cert retard en aquest procés d'inserció i, per tant, també a la vida adulta. La inserció laboral dels joves amb estudis superiors (Grau universitari o Cicle formatiu de grau superior) està caracteritzat per una menor estabilitat en l'ocupació i majors exigències de qualificació per a l'acompliment dels llocs d'ocupació. La joventut actual afronta l'entrada al món laboral i el consegüent pas cap a l'adultesa amb unes condicions a priori més favorables de les que regien anteriorment. Ara bé, s'ha de tenir en compte tota una sèrie d'aparicions d’obstacles nous com són la precarietat laboral, la temporalitat laboral i una sobrequalificació. Així doncs, és aquí on se situa la meva recerca realitzada, enfocada en la visió dels titulats universitaris i del cicle formatiu de formació superior, que posseeixen sobre el procés d'inserció laboral amb una especial atenció als factors que actuen com a obstaculitzadors.

[eng] One of the most difficult moments in the life of the newly graduated student is the time to enter the labour market and to access their first job once their academic training is complete. In general, there is a certain delay in this process of integration and therefore also in adult life. The job integration of young people with higher education (university education or higher education cycle) is characterised by lower job stability and higher qualifications requirements for job performance. Today's youth is facing the entry into the world of work and the consequent step towards adulthood with more favourable conditions than previously. However, a whole series of apparitions of new obstacles, such as job insecurity, working time and overqualification, must be taken into account. So this is where my research, which focuses on the vision of university graduates and the training cycle of higher education, is placed on the process of job integration with particular attention to the factors acting as hamperers
