El porteo ergonómico: fisioterapia promocional y preventiva en un plan de educación sobre el porteo ergonómico en bebés prematuros para el aumento de peso

[spa] En el siguiente trabajo se quiere dar a conocer cómo a través de la educación para la salud, con un programa de fisioterapia promocional y preventiva sobre el porteo ergonómico, al bebé prematuro de bajo peso se le puede ayudar al aumento de éste. A través de sesiones a los profesionales de la salud, se les instruye para que eduquen a las madres sobre una lactancia materna exclusiva. A través de los cuidados madre canguro que es el método que puede preceder al porteo en el momento del parto y posterior estancia del bebé en la unidad de cuidados intensivos neonatales. Aunque ello no significa que sólo se utilice el porteo porque se haya utilizado en método madre canguro. Cualquiera puede portear y en cualquier momento, pero, el significado de la educación es portear ergonómicamente. Una vez se les da el alta hospitalaria, deberían estar preparados para afrontar los cuidados del bebé y poder seguir con ese aumento de peso en el hogar.
