La relació entre el sensellarisme i la salut mental. Els models d'intervenció utilitzats des dels serveis i recursos de la xarxa d'inclusió social

[cat] Aquesta investigació està enfocada a l’atenció de les persones en situació de sensellarisme que presenten un diagnòstic o tenen una determinada simptomatologia de salut mental. Es parteix de la descripció del sensellarisme i l’exclusió residencial que ofereix la tipologia ETHOS. Tot i l’escassa investigació disponible sobre les persones sense llar que presten simptomatologia de salut mental, s’analitzen els models utilitzats per atendre a aquest perfil de persones. No existeix actualment una idea clara sobre si el sensellarisme és la causa que provoca símptomes de salut mental o si és una conseqüència d’aquests. El que sí es pot afirmar és que són situacions que van de la mà. Per tant, els objectius d’aquesta investigació són: determinar la relació entre el sensellarisme, la salut mental i/o el consum de tòxics; i conèixer el model d’intervenció utilitzat des dels serveis i recursos de la Xarxa d’Inclusió Social. La metodologia que s’ha utilitzat per assolir els objectius ha estat, per una banda, una revisió bibliogràfica i, d’altra banda, la realització d’entrevistes qualitatives a diversos centres d’acollida residencial de la xarxa. La següent investigació mostra la invisibilització d’aquest col·lectiu corroborable per la manca de respostes específiques i la contraprestació de les poques respostes existents

[eng] This research is focused on the care of people in a situation of homelessness who have a diagnosis or have certain symptoms of mental health. It is based on the description of homelessness and residential exclusion offered by the ETHOS typology. Despite the limited research available on homeless people with mental health symptoms, the models used to address this profile of people are analyzed. There is currently no clear idea of whether homelessness is the cause of mental health symptoms or a consequence of them. What can be said is that these are situations that go together. Therefore, the objectives of this research are: to determine the relationship between homelessness, mental health and / or toxic use; and to know the model of intervention used from the services and resources of the Social Inclusion Network. The methodology used to achieve the objectives was, on the one hand, a bibliographic review and, on the other hand, the realization of qualitative interviews in various residential centers in the network. The following research shows the invisibility of this group corroborated by the lack of specific answers and the compensation of the few existing answers.
