L'aprenentatge basat en jocs (ABJ) a la formació professional. Un trivial a comptabilitat

Abstract

[cat] La Formació Professional ha sofert en els últims anys un increment de la demanda significatiu, deixant en evidència la seva utilitat però també les seves mancances, com la falta d’innovació. Per motius com aquest, l’administració ha elaborat una nova llei per modernitzar la Formació Professional, i en aquest sentit, anirà la proposta d’aquest treball de final de màster, amb l’objectiu d’innovar i modernitzar la Formació Professional. La idea principal d’aquesta investigació és trobar metodologies actives que aconsegueixin motivar l’alumnat, tot despertant el seu interès i augmentant la seva participació. Per fer-ho, he profunditzat en l’aprenentatge basat en jocs (ABJ) com a eina motivadora principal, amb la qual pretenem fomentar un aprenentatge significatiu, més competencial i fomentat en valors. D’altra banda, també m’he centrat en l’aprenentatge cooperatiu, i com aquest model, sovint infravalorat a la Formació Professional, presenta una sèrie de característiques molt interessants i molt útils a l’hora d’incorporar-lo per treballar amb l’alumnat. La proposta didàctica que inclou aquest treball de final de màster, es basarà a elaborar per part dels alumnes, un trivial al mòdul de Tècnica Comptable, de primer curs del Cicle Formatiu de Grau Mitjà de Gestió Administrativa. Aquesta proposta, tot i que no ha estat portada a terme, està ambientada en l’institut en el qual he realitzat les pràctiques del Màster de Formació del Professorat. El treball pretén reflexionar sobre la innovació a la Formació Professional i com la pot implementar el professorat, seguint la ideologia de l’activista i líder Mahatma Ghandi: “Sigueu el canvi que voleu veure al món”.

[eng] In recent years, vocational training has seen a significant increase in demand, highlighting its usefulness but also its shortcomings, such as lack of innovation. For reasons such as this, the administration has drawn up a new law to modernise vocational training, and in this respect, the proposal for this end-ofMaster’s project work will be forthcoming, with the aim of innovating and modernising vocational training. The main idea of this research is to find active methodologies that can motivate students, arousing their interest and increasing their participation. To do so, it has deepened on Game-Based Learning (GBL) as the main motivating tool, with which we aim to promote meaningful, more competitive, and value-driven learning. On the other hand, it has also focused on cooperative learning, and as this model, often undervalued in vocational training, presents several interesting features and would be very useful in incorporating it to work with students. The didactic proposal that includes this end-of-master’s project will be based on the elaboration by pupils, a trivial in the first-year accounting technique module of the Administrative Management cycle. This proposal, although it has not been implemented, is set at the school center in which I have carried out teacher training masters' practices. This work aims to reflect on innovation in vocational training and how the teachers can implement it, following the ideology of activist and leader Mahatma Ghandi: "Be the change you want to see in the world".
