[eng] The following proposal is motivated by the existing problems in migratory dynamics that
occur when immigrants are in a non-regularised situation. Being migration a phenomenon
that influences all countries, social psychology must promote that this manifestation be
adaptive for its protagonists. In recent years, it has been observed how women acquire needs
different than those of immigrant men and from women native to the receiving country, as well
as circumstantial needs which are generated by being in another country, with different
norms, culture and values, that must also be covered. The design and execution of differentiated
measures in the regularisation processes is hence a priority.

Therefore, the objective of the following work is to elaborate an intervention proposal to
complete the SARA socio-labour insertion program which will provide psychosocial tools to
immigrant women without legal documents, where emotional regulation, coping strategies
and social skills will be worked on to alleviate some of the psychosocial consequences during
the waiting time for regularisation
