Acceso a la pornografía en la etapa juvenil y sus consecuencias

[spa] El acceso tan temprano a la nueva pornografía online (NPO), por su ámplia distribución en internet, y sin control, está implicando un cambio en la sexualidad de los adolescentes, lo que pone en peligro el desarrollo psicológico y social de estos, por la distorsión que puede suponer en la percepción de lo que son las relaciones íntimas y por el aumento de las prácticas sexuales de riesgo por imitación. Existen estudios que corroboran que los varones son los que presentan mayores índices de exposición a materiales de este tipo, y los que muestran un mayor censo en el uso problemático de pornografía (UPP), donde las mujeres son representadas como el vehículo para el placer, reforzando comportamientos sexistas y misógenos en las relaciones íntimas heteronormativas. Por otro lado, el público femenino puede caer en conductas de sumisión, por la captación de conceptos erróneos sobre el significado tergiversado de lo que es dar y recibir placer. Es un problema social y actual, que está afectando de forma exponencial a los jóvenes. Por este motivo, se debería investigar más al respecto, y concienciar a la población puberal, y a los adultos, sobre los efectos que conlleva frecuentar porno sin una intervención educativa para trabajar la afectividad sexual con el apoyo de familiares y profesionales

[eng] Access to the new online pornography (NPO) at such an early stage, due to its widespread and uncontrolled distribution on the Internet, is implying a change in the sexuality of adolescents, which endangers their psychological and social development, by distorting perceptions of what intimate relationships are and by increasing risky imitation sexual practices. There are studies that confirm that men have the highest rates of exposure to this type of material, and that show the highest incidence of problematic pornography (UPP), where women are represented as the vehicle for pleasure, reinforcing sexist and misogenous behaviours in heteronormative intimate relationships. On the other hand, the female audience may fall into submissive behaviors, by catching misconceptions 3 about the distorted meaning of what it is to give and receive pleasure. It is a social and current problem, which is affecting young people exponentially. For this reason, more research should be done and the puberty population, as well as adults, should be made aware of the effects of watching porn without an educational intervention to work on sexual affectivity with the support of family members and professionals.
