Anàlisi dels actius en salut. Conat del que podria ser el mapa d’una zona bàsica de salut

Abstract

[cat] Objectiu: la evolució del punt de mira de la medicina ha comportat l’aparició dels mapes d’actius, que consisteixen en un anàlisi de la població diana, identificant les riqueses que generen salut en ella i els seus integrants. Un mapa d’actius implica localitzar i representar geogràficament els elements positius d’un territori, aquells que “milloren les habilitats dels individus, grups, comunitats, poblacions, sistemes socials i/o institucions per mantenir i sostenir la salut i benestar, i ajudar a reduir els problemes de salut”. En aquest treball es vol fer una primera aproximació a aquesta eina de la zona de salut del Raiguer. Metodologia: s’ha portat a terme un recerca online (pàgines web, xarxes socials i demés), recerca visual a peu de carrer (mitjançant imatges), una enquesta amb difusió per xarxes socials i en paper (per una circular) i una entrevista presencial. Resultats obtinguts: es planteja un mapa d’actius de la zona del Raiguer, a més; es mostra una diferència entre el que la gent creu conèixer i el que realment coneix dels actius de salut, s’evidencia la voluntat de millorar els actius de la zona estudiada i la voluntat de voler estar informats al respecte. Conclusions: aquest treball es pot prendre com a base per iniciar un plantejament real de mapa d’actius del Raiguer, un primer pas per a millorar els coneixements de la població sobre el poder que tenen sobre la salut pròpia i comunitària.

[eng] Purpose: the evolution of the focus of medicine has led to the appearance of health asset maps, which consist of an analysis of the target population, identifying the assets that generates health in it and its members. They bring together the physical positive elements in a given territory and the population -individuals, groups, communities, social and institutional organizations -living in it, allowing thus to create a complete picture in a geographical depiction of the interaction of the target group with the current resources and their way of life. The aim of this paper is to create an assets map of the Raiguer regional health area (RHA from now onwards). Methodology: we have combined on-line open sources of information (Institutional web pages, social network platforms, etc…), together with qualitative research (walking through the streets looking for assets -and taking photos of them- and oral face-to-face interviews) and quantitative research (survey conducted both online on social network platforms and on paper) Results: proposal of an asset map of the Raiguer RHA. A stark difference is to be found between what people thinks to know about health assets and what they actually know. It is apparent the population’s will to improve the assets and their desire to be better informed on the matter. Conclusions: the present paper could be considered a stepping stone towards the creation of a fully-fledged health assets map of the Raiguer health area. A first step in helping people better understand the power they have in improving their own health, and that of their community.
