La economía circular en el sector turístico

[spa] La finalidad principal de este trabajo es identificar aspectos que permitan optimizar la gestión de la cadena de suministro en el ámbito hotelero, bajo la perspectiva de la economía circular. De esta forma, se introduce la exposición de la economía circular en el ámbito del sector turístico. En el presente proyecto, se ha efectuado un análisis describiendo este concepto innovador y su correspondiente área de aplicación, en consonancia con la normativa vigente de las Illes Balears (Decreto Ley 3/2022, de 11 de febrero). Por último, se han formulado varias recomendaciones a modo de ejemplos de medidas y estrategias circulares viables para ser implementadas en el ámbito del sector turístico hotelero, con el propósito de difundir y promover su aplicación en este sector de gran relevancia, especialmente en la zona del estudio.

[eng] The main purpose of this work is to identify aspects that enable the optimisation of supply chain management in the hotel sector, from the perspective of the circular economy. In this way, the presentation of the circular economy is introduced in the field of the tourism sector. In this project, an analysis has been carried out describing this innovative concept and its corresponding area of application, in line with the current regulations of the Balearic Islands (Decree Law 3/2022 of 11 February). Finally, several recommendations have been formulated as examples of circular measures and strategies that could be implemented in the hotel tourism sector, with the aim of disseminating and promoting their application in this highly relevant sector, especially in the area under study.
