Relación entre empresa y medio ambiente. Gestión medioambiental y el caso de Mahou-San Miguel

[spa] Hoy en día la preocupación por la rápida degradación del medio ambiente ha llegado a un punto en el que hablar de la relación entre empresa y medio ambiente es una necesidad. En este contexto, a través de la gestión medioambiental las empresas pueden gestionar sus impactos medioambientales y adoptar posiciones reactivas o proactivas. El presente trabajo estudia la relación entre empresa y medioambiente, así como el concepto de sistema de gestión medioambiental y las principales ventajas e inconvenientes de EMAS. Además, se analizan algunos de los aspectos de la gestión medioambiental en el caso del grupo empresarial Mahou-San Miguel.

[eng] Nowadays the concern about the fast degradation of the natural environment has come to a point where talking about the relationship between companies and the natural environment is a necessity. Through environmental management companies can face the way they deal with their environmental performance different ways, both proactively or reactively. In this paper, we focus on studying the relationship between organization and the natural environment through the concept of environmental management systems, and the main advantages and disadvantages of EMAS. In addition, we analyze the case of the Mahou-San Miguel business group.
