El plan contable de las pequeñas y medianas entidades sin fines lucrativos

Abstract

[spa] El presente trabajo consiste en la elaboración de un estudio teórico sobre las entidades sin fines lucrativos (a partir de ahora, EsFL). Para ello, el trabajo se divide en tres capítulos, en el primero se ha empezado por estudiar este tipo de entidades, presentando su correspondiente definición, origen, tipología, formas jurídicas y demás contenidos que nos ayudan a entender el concepto de las EsFL; después, en el segundo, se ha procedido a explicar su correspondiente normativa, tanto su regulación sustantiva, mercantil como la contable específica, de esta forma se entenderá mejor no solo su concepto, sino cómo funcionan este tipo de entidades dentro de su marco regulatorio. Por último, la tercera parte consiste en explicar los aspectos específicos del Plan Contable de las Pequeñas y Medianas EsFL.

[eng] This Project consists of the elaboration of a theoretical study on non-profit organizations (from now on, NPO). For this reason, the project is divided into three chapters, in the first one we have begun to study this type of organizations, presenting their corresponding definition, origin, typology, legal forms and other contents that help us understand the concept of NPO; then, in the second one, its corresponding regulations have been explained, by doing this we expect not only to understand its concept but also how these types of organizations work within its regulatory framework. Finally, the third part consists of explaining the specific aspects of the Accounting Plan for Small and Medium NPO.
