dc.description.abstract [eng] This study presents the process of formulation and validation of a technologically empowered and pedagogical (TEP) model for the development of teaching digital competence of teachers in training. The methodological approach applies a design-based research that integrates contextual analysis of reality with theoretical and empirical references in educational innovation. Two research phases are developed that correspond to 1) the process of formulating a training model from a multidimensional analysis derived from a systematic review of the literature and 2) the validation of the model's content through the modified Delphi method. Eleven experts in educational technology participate in the study. The results show that experts positively validate the TEP model and they also show that the model meets context needs and issues. In conclusion, the TEP model addresses the challenges of educational innovation training as supported by theoretical and empirical data.
