Desigualdad de las mujeres inmigrantes en el ámbito laboral en Baleares

Abstract

[spa] El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar la percepción de la desigualdad laboral de mujeres inmigrantes, cuya procedencia es Latinoamérica, y que viven en Baleares. En este análisis se tiene en cuenta cómo actúa la interseccionalidad en la desigualdad. Por otra parte, se profundizará en las consecuencias de dicha desigualdad laboral en ellas. Además, se presentará la ley por las que se rigen las personas extranjeras en España y las que garantizan que no exista ningún tipo de discriminación y diferencia hacia la mujer. Para los resultados, se examinarán experiencias de mujeres, mediante entrevistas, referente a su acceso al mercado laboral en España, cuando han tenido su situación administrativa no regulada y regulada. A través de los resultados obtenidos, se llegó a la conclusión de la existencia de una desigualdad hacia las inmigrantes, tanto por su género, realizando trabajos feminizados y son las encargadas de las responsabilidades familiares y por su procedencia, donde el tener la documentación regulada es importante.

[eng] The aim of this paper is to analyze the perception of labor inequiality among immigrant woman, whose origin is Latin America, and who live in Mallorca. This analysis considers how intersectionality acts on inequality. On the other hand, it Will deepen the consequences of said labor inequality in them. In addition, the lay governing foreigners in Spain will be presented, as well as those that guarantee that there is no type of discrimination and difference towards women. Fort he results, experiences of women will be examined, through interviews, regarding their acces to the labor market in Spain, when they have had their unregulated and regulated administrative situation. Through the results obtained, it was concluded that there is inequality towards inmigrants, both because of their gender, doing feminized jobs and oversee family responsabilities and of their origin, where having relugated documentation is important.
