Impacto de la experiencia traumática de abuso sexual infantil en el desarrollo psicosocial y cognitivo

[spa] La infancia es la etapa más importante en el desarrollo social, emocional, psicológico y cognitivo de la persona; por lo tanto, el ambiente en el que se viva esta etapa y las experiencias vividas durante ésta tendrán una relevante importancia en el desarrollo del infante. El abuso sexual infantil es una de las formas de maltrato más comunes y que más afectaciones generan en el desarrollo psicosocial y cognitivo del niño/a. La presente revisión tiene el objetivo de analizar estas afectaciones y consecuencias del abuso sexual producido durante la infancia mediante la técnica de revisión sistemática exploratoria recogiendo artículos e investigaciones sobre el tema. Estos artículos analizados en el presente documento se han encontrado en las bases de datos de Dialnet y Google Scholar, se han diferenciado entre pertinentes y no pertinentes y se han utilizado unos criterios de inclusión para determinar cuáles eran útiles para la investigación y cuáles no. Se ha realizado una extracción de la información de los artículos finalmente incluídos y un análisis crítico de éstos. Al final del proceso, se han analizado las consecuencias psicosociales y cognitivas más comunes que se detectan en las personas que han padecido abuso sexual infantil.

[eng] Childhood is the most important stage in the social, emotional, psychological and cognitive development of a person; therefore, the environment in which this stage is lived and the experiences lived during this stage will have a relevant importance in the development of the infant. Child sexual abuse is one of the most common forms of maltreatment that most affects the psychosocial and cognitive development of the child. The present review has the objective of analyzing these affectations and consequences of sexual abuse produced during childhood by means of the exploratory systematic review technique, collecting articles and research on the subject. The articles analyzed in this document were found in the Dialnet and Google Scholar databases, and a distinction was made between relevant and non-relevant articles, using inclusion criteria to determine which were useful for the research and which were not. An extraction of information from the articles finally included and a critical analysis of these was carried out. At the end of the process, the most common psychosocial and cognitive consequences detected in people who have suffered child sexual abuse were analyzed.
