El Protocol Esportiu i l’Organització d’Esdeveniments al cicle de Grau Superior de Tècnic en Ensenyament i Animació Socioesportiva

Abstract

[cat] En els estudis d’Ensenyament i Animació Socioesportiva hi trobem que a les sessions es duen a terme moltes activitats pràctiques relacionades amb l’esport però hi trobem una clara diferència entre les assignatures pràctiques i les teòriques, on les pràctiques resulten molt més atractives que les teòriques. Amb el present estudi es cerca que els alumnes assoleixin els coneixements teòrics mitjançant activitats pràctiques així com augmentar la motivació i el seu interès amb l'organització d'esdeveniments esportius. Com bé es sap, a l’actualitat hi ha milers d’esdeveniments esportius durant l’any a Mallorca i poques persones que realment estiguin preparades per a poder organitzar-los. L’objectiu del mateix és que els alumnes no només aprenguin a practicar certs esports sinó que també coneguin com s’organitza un esdeveniment esportiu amb la part protocol·lària inclosa, i amb això, obrir noves portes amb vistes al seu futur laboral. D’aquesta manera, s'utilitzarà una metodologia activa basada amb l’aprenentatge guiat i en l'aprenentatge per descobriment per tal de fer l’assignatura el més pràctic possible i que resulti interessant pels alumnes. La metodologia es veurà compaginada a la vegada amb l’ús de les noves tecnologies per a fomentar la motivació i la participació activa dels estudiants amb vistes a assolir els coneixements proposats.

[eng] In the Teaching and Socio-Sports Animation studies, we find that many practical activities related to sport are carried out in the sessions, but we find a clear difference between the practical and theoretical subjects, where the practical are much more attractive than the theoretical. With the present study, it is sought that students achieve theoretical knowledge through practical activities as well as increase motivation and their interest in the organization of sporting events. As is well known, at present there are thousands of sporting events during the year in Mallorca and few people are really prepared to be able to organize them. The aim of the same is for the students not only to learn to practice certain sports but also to know how a sporting event is organized with the protocol part included, and with this, to open new doors with a view to their future work. In this way, an active methodology based on guided learning and discovery learning will be used in order to make the subject as practical as possible and interesting for the students. The methodology will be combined with the use of new technologies to encourage the motivation and active participation of students with a view to achieving the proposed knowledge.
