Análisis contable comparativo de dos empresas

[spa] El trabajo consiste en realizar un análisis contable comparativo de las cuentas anuales de Edificam Illes SL y Obras y Construcciones Pedro Siles SL, dos empresas del sector de la construcción ubicadas en Palma de Mallorca. El estudio de las sociedades mencionadas se centrará en los años 2017,2018,2019 y 2020. En primer lugar, se llevará a cabo un examen individual de cada compañía para posteriormente, proceder a su comparativa entre ambas y con el sector. De esta manera, se examinará su situación financiera y económica realizando así un correcto diagnóstico financiero y determinar si las medidas y políticas que adoptan son adecuadas y suficientes para crear valor para sus accionistas. En caso contrario, se deberán emprender otras acciones encaminadas a cumplir con los objetivos de cualquier entidad y así ser solvente y rentable.

[eng] The assignment consists on making a comparative accounting análisis of the yearly accounting of Edificam Illes SL and Obras y Construcciones Pedro Siles SL, two building companies located at Palma de Mallorca. The study of the mentioned companies Will be centered between 2017 and 2020. First of all, an individual examination of each company will be made to originate in a comparative between both of them and with the area afterwards. In this way, the financial and economical situation Will be examinated in order to make a precise financial diagnosis and resolve if the measures and politics they are taking on are suitable and enough to produce value to their stockholders. Otherwise, they will have to set out on another actions aimed to accomplish with the goals of any entity and this way being solvent and profitable.
