Aproximació a l'aplicació del model centrat en la persona a centres d'acollida temporal de la xarxa d'inclusió social ubicats a Palma

Abstract

[cat] Aquest treball analitza l’aplicació del model centrat en la persona (MCP) per part de professionals que fan atenció directa amb el col·lectiu de persones sense llar. La investigació es proposa explorar el grau de coneixement de l’MCP de les professionals participants, analitzar el grau d’aplicació de diferents trets representatius de la pràctica de l’MCP i identificar les dificultats i facilitadors d’aplicació de l’MCP en aquests centres. La metodologia emprada és mixta, a través d’un qüestionari amb preguntes obertes i tancades. Els resultats indiquen que les professionals coneixen l’MCP i la majoria l’aplica prou freqüentment a la seva pràctica professional. A més, suggereixen beneficis i perjudicis per al procés de la persona i una sèrie d’aspectes a millorar per a possibilitar l’implementació adequada d’aquest enfocament. Aquesta recerca pot contribuir a augmentar el coneixement sobre la relació entre l’MCP i el col·lectiu de persones sense llar, promovent millores en la pràctica professional

[eng] This study analyzes the application of the person-centered model (PCM) by professionals who provide direct care with the homeless group. The research proposes: to explore the degree of knowledge of the PCM of the participating professionals, to analyze the degree of application of different features representative of the practice of the PCM and to identify the difficulties and facilitators of the application of the PCM in these centers. The methodology used is mixed, through a questionnaire with open and closed questions. The results indicate that the professionals know the PCM and most apply it frequently enough in their professional practice. In addition, they suggest benefits and harms for the person's process and a series of aspects to improve to enable the proper implementation of this approach. This research can contribute to increasing knowledge about the relationship between the PCM and the group of homeless people, promoting improvements in professional practice
