Abstract

[cat] En el present treball se centra en l'estudi del rol dels i les treballadores socials en l'acompanyament en el sistema de protecció al menor. Investigant la importància del vincle en l'acompanyament d'aquests menors. Enfocat tant en la intervenció amb els infants com amb les famílies. A més, de tenir en compte el treball en equip amb altres disciplines. Per això, s'ha utilitzat la metodologia qualitativa en la tècnica d'entrevistes semiestructurada. Els resultats, es pot apreciar com s'ha dividit en categoria per una millor compressió dels objectius marcats. Seguidament, la investigació té una riquesa de diferents professionals que han pogut treballar en diverses entitats relacionades amb els menors donant una perspectiva àmplia amb aquest col·lectiu en concret

[eng] In this thesis, the focus is about the study of the role of social workers in accompanying the child protection system, also focusing on the importance of the bond between worker and minor. Minding the intervention with children and families, while also taking account on the significance of the teamwork and other disciplines. For this reason, the qualitative methodology has been used in the semi-structured interview technique. The results have been divided into categories for a better compression of the goals set. Finally, the research has a wealth of different professionals who have been able to work in various entities related to minors, giving a broad perspective about this group in particular
