Gastronomia i llengua: una proposta didàctica per a treballar la cultura eivissenca a partir dels seus plats

Abstract

[cat] Aquest Treball de Fi de Màster en Formació del Professorat té la finalitat d’oferir una proposta didàctica dissenyada per a treballar la cultura i la literatura popular d’Eivissa a partir de la gastronomia típica illenca mencionada en les rondalles eivissenques. Aquesta proposta és dirigida específicament al Programa d’Acolliment Lingüístic i Cultural (PALIC). Aquesta iniciativa neix de la necessitat d’integrar aquest alumnat en la cultura local, ja que sovint mantenen poc lligam amb les tradicions eivissenques. Utilitzar la literatura popular, amb el seu lèxic tan arrelat i propi de la terra eivissenca, permetrà no només millorar les seves competències lingüístiques en català, sinó també fomentar un major coneixement i estima per l’illa d’Eivissa. La proposta didàctica s’estructura en diverses sessions, cada una de les quals inclou activitats dissenyades per a fomentar la participació activa i el treball cooperatiu. Els alumnes treballaran en grups per analitzar diversos aspectes de les rondalles, i, alhora, identificant i investigant els aliments i plats tradicionals de la cuina tradicional eivissenca. Aquest enfocament interdisciplinari permetrà als estudiants explorar la literatura popular des d’una perspectiva cultural i gastronòmica. En resum, aquesta proposta ofereix una forma innovadora i enriquidora d’ensenyar la literatura popular d’Eivissa, combinant cultura, gastronomia i aprenentatge cooperatiu per crear una experiència educativa holística que beneficiï l’alumnat de PALIC, promovent el seu arrelament i estima per la cultura d’Eivissa.

[eng] The aim of this Teacher Training Master's Thesis is to present a didactic proposal for the study of Ibizan popular culture and literature, based on the typical island gastronomy mentioned in Ibizan fables. This proposal is specifically aimed at the Linguistic and Cultural Reception Programme (PALIC). This initiative stems from the need to integrate these students into the local culture, as they often have little contact with Ibizan traditions. The use of popular literature, with its deep-rooted Ibizan vocabulary, will not only improve their Catalan language skills, but also foster a greater knowledge and appreciation of the island of Ibiza. This didactic proposal is divided into several sessions, each of which includes activities designed to encourage active participation and cooperative work. Students will work in groups to analyse different aspects of the fables, while at the same time identifying and researching the traditional foods and dishes of traditional Ibizan cuisine. This interdisciplinary approach will allow students to explore popular literature from a cultural and gastronomic perspective. In conclusion, this proposal offers an innovative and enriching way of teaching Ibizan popular literature, combining culture, gastronomy and cooperative learning to create a holistic educational experience that will benefit PALIC students and promote their rootedness and appreciation of Ibizan culture.
