[eng] The aim of this paper is to elucidate the role played by new technologies within
the educational environment, more specifically in the Foreign Language
classroom, and how they contribute to the teaching and learning processes by
facilitating new pathways to knowledge.
The choice of this topic arises from the need to adopt the digital tools present in
the daily lives of today's students as highly valuable resources to use in the
classroom, bridging the gap to the ways of life of this era and promoting
learning through the multiple intelligences, which, as Gardner (2008) argues,
refer to a wide range of human capacities and potentials that can be used in
many productive ways.
Based on a bibliographic and academic research, and embraced by the
European and Spanish educational framework, this Master's Final Project will
present an educational proposal aimed at elucidating how Communication
Technologies can promote a successful teaching and learning process within
the field of Foreign Language. The main objectives of the proposal will be to
guide students in overcoming the various obstacles they encounter when
learning a foreign language and ensure their command of the language
matches the Exit Profile at the end of compulsory education stages.
Throughout this investigation, we will try to answer the following question: How
do ICTs tools benefit the teaching-learning process? |
