El pòdcast educatiu: estratègies per combatre l'abandonament escolar.

[cat] El present Treball Final de Màster es centra en la creació, programació i desenvolupament d'un espai socioeducatiu en els centres de secundària dirigit a l'alumnat en risc d’absentisme, mitjançant l'ús del pòdcast com a eina principal. Aquest projecte pretén aprofitar l'espai i els canals de ràdio dels centres de secundària amb la intenció de crear contingut educatiu significatiu i transformador. La finalitat principal del projecte és establir un entorn propici on es generi l'intercanvi d'experiències que fomentin el compromís i la reflexió crítica i alhora, promoure la vinculació amb el centre educatiu creant un ambient que reforci els llaços de pertinença en el grup. El format pòdcast com a mitjà innovador i accessible per a tota la comunitat educativa permet abordar temàtiques d'interès, necessitat i rellevants en l'etapa madurativa de l'adolescència. La implementació pràctica d'aquest enfocament es centra a promoure l'educació socioemocional buscant així un impacte significatiu en la prevenció de l’absentisme escolar. En síntesi, el projecte aborda el problema de l'absentisme escolar amb la intenció de generar un impacte positiu tant en l'alumnat en risc d'abandonament participant com a la resta de la comunitat educativa gràcies a l'enfocament de les seves temàtiques

[eng] This Master's Final Project focuses on the creation, programming and development of a socio-educational space in secondary schools aimed at students at risk of school absenteeism, through the use of a pòdcast as the main tool. This project aims to take advantage of the space and radio channels of secondary schools with the intention of creating meaningful and transformative educational content. The main purpose of the project is to establish a conducive environment where the exchange of experiences is generated encourages commitment and critical reflection and, in turn, promote the link with the school by creating an environment that strengthens the bonds of belonging in the group. The pòdcast format as an innovative and accessible medium for the entire educational community allows addressing topics of interest, need and relevance in the mature stage of adolescence. The practical implementation of this approach will focus on promoting social-emotional education thus seeking a significant impact on the prevention of school absenteeism. In summary, the project addresses the problem of school absenteeism with the intention of generating a positive impact on both the students at risk of dropping out and the rest of the educational community thanks to the focus of its themes
