[eng] Anxiety disorder is a social problem that is on the rise and is becoming more and more
prevalent among the young population. The factors that have caused this change in
part of the population are diverse and have much to do with the environment of
adolescents. Family, school, the aftermath of COVID-19, social networks or climate
change are obvious stressors in their lives depending on the geographical and sociopolitical environment in which they live. This thesis will try to present tools to help the
younger population to manage and live with this disorder, especially in the educational
environment. In order to carry out this improvement project, on the one hand, a didactic
proposal has been prepared for secondary school students; and, on the other hand, a
learning situation that will be focused, in this case, on first of batxillerat students of the
CIDE school. Thanks to the fact that it was possible to put this LS into practice, its
results have been evaluated with the teenagers and, in addition, an anonymous survey
has been presented to know the opinion of these young people. Finally, a conclusion
summarizing the most important points of the thesis was drawn. |
