Concentración presupuestaria autonómica en sanidad, educación y servicios sociales

[spa] En el Estado de Bienestar actual, la asignación de recursos económicos a sectores clave como la salud, la educación y los servicios sociales es un pilar fundamental del desarrollo y el bienestar social. La forma en que se asignan y gestionan estos recursos en las diferentes regiones autónomas de España no solo refleja la diversidad de políticas y prioridades a nivel regional, sino que también plantea interrogantes sobre su eficacia para mejorar la calidad de la población y la esperanza de vida. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar de manera comparativa la concentración presupuestaria autonómica destinada a sanidad, educación y servicios sociales en Andalucía, Cataluña, Islas Baleares y Comunidad de Madrid, y analizar como esta repartición impacta en los indicadores de esperanza de vida y la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos.

[eng] In today’s welfare state, the allocation of economic resources to key sectors such as health, education and social services is a fundamental pillar of development and social welfare. The way in which these resources are allocated and managed in the different autonomous regions of Spain not only reflects the diversity of policies and priorities at the regional level, but also raises questions about their effectiveness in improving the quality of the population and life expectancy. The aim of this project is to comparatively analyze the regional budget concentration for health, education and social services in Andalusia, Catalonia, the Balearic Island and the Community of Madrid, and to analyze how this distribution impacts on life expectancy indicator and life quality of citizens.
