dc.description.abstract [eng] This study examines the relationship between the wages of hotel workers in Wuhanandtheir educational background and work experience. The study used data fromseveral hotels in Wuhan for statistical analysis to determine the impact of demographic variablessuch as education level and years of work experience on wage levels. The results of thestudy show that education level and work experience have a significant impact onthewages of hotel workers. These findings have important implications for hotel management practices and workforce development policies. en
