[eng] The objective of this project is the creation of a sustainable and circular hotel in the Balearic Islands. This hotel will be operated following the new tourism model which the Balearic governments are seeking to implement. Sports tourism, local gastronomy and Mallorcan culture are some of the attractions that Mallorca has to offer. The Serra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is not left out of this project, which offers numerous visitors the opportunity to enjoy sports and enjoy its dreamlike views and viewpoints. With this in mind, the aim is to create a hotel that attracts quality tourists who are looking for local culture and traditions as well as sports and healthy Mediterranean food. We cannot forget the respect for the environment and the locals, we will try to create a model that puts an end to seasonal tourism and is sustainable over time. It is obvious that the possibilities offered by sun and beach tourism cannot be left aside as they also offer a great opportunity.

Este hotel será gestionado siguiendo el nuevo modelo turístico que pretenden implantar los gobiernos baleares. El turismo deportivo, la gastronomía local y la cultura mallorquina son algunos de los atractivos que ofrece Mallorca. La Serra de Tramuntana, Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO, no queda al margen de este proyecto, que ofrece a numerosos visitantes la oportunidad de practicar deporte y disfrutar de sus vistas y miradores de ensueño. En este sentido, el objetivo es crear un hotel que atraiga a turistas de calidad que busquen la cultura y las tradiciones locales, así como el deporte y la comida mediterránea saludable. Sin olvidar el respeto por el medio ambiente y los locales, se Intenta crear un modelo que acabe con el turismo estacional y sea sostenible en el tiempo. Es obvio que no se pueden dejar de lado las posibilidades que ofrece el turismo de sol y playa ya que también ofrecen una gran oportunidad.
