Las empresas familiares y las relaciones laborales

Abstract

[eng] This work of the final stage of the degree is a study about labor relations and the family firm. We want to see how are the labor relations in the different types of property that can have the company, but especially focusing on how are the labor relations in the family firms. We analyze what kind of property is more effective to correct a situation where there is labor conflict, in addition to studying what aspects, positive and negative, can be found in a family firm and a no-familiar firm. The main factors are analyzed to see how labor relations are, like as: wages, safety, unemployment and strike activity. Finally, we analyze how the labor relations in Spain are, to analyze them we focus in how labor relations were in the past as they are today, finishing with a conclusion.

[esp] Este trabajo de final de carrera es un estudio sobre las relaciones laborales y la empresa familiar. Queremos ver como son las relaciones laborales dentro de los distintos tipos de propiedad que puede tener la empresa, pero especialmente centrándonos en como son las relaciones laborales dentro de la empresa familiar. Analizamos que tipo de propiedad es más eficaz para corregir una situación de conflictividad laboral, además de estudiar qué aspectos, tanto positivos como negativos, podemos encontrar dentro de una empresa familiar como no familiar. Los principales factores que se analizan para observar como son las relaciones laborales son entre otros: salarios, seguridad, desempleo y actividad huelguística. Para finalizar, se analiza como son las relaciones laborales en España, para ello se analiza cómo fueron las relaciones laborales en el pasado y como son en la actualidad, para finalizar con un conclusión.
