Atur juvenil a Espanya: diagnòstic, anàlisi i recomanacions polítiques

[cat] La situació socio-laboral dels joves a Espanya és clarament pitjor a la que hi ha en el conjunt de la Unió Europea. Aquest estudi pretén profunditzar en la realitat dels joves i de la seva situació. L’atur juvenil ha estat un dels indicadors econòmics més afectats per la recent crisi econòmica, per això, és primordial reduir-lo perquè té implicacions directes sobre la situació econòmica present i futura dels joves. Aquests individus que actualment no es poden incorporar en el món laboral així com voldrien per la recessió, contaran durant la seva carrera laboral, en general, amb uns salaris més baixos, major sobrequalificació i majors terminis d’atur que un que ho fa en període d’expansió. En aquest estudi s’investigarà detalladament el tema de l’atur des de diferents punts i els aspectes causants com poden ser les deficiències que té el sistema educatiu i el mercat de treball espanyol. Una vegada establertes les causes d’aquesta maleïda xifra macroeconòmica, explicarem les mesures que ha pres el nostre Govern, comparant-les amb les de la Unió Europea. Per concloure, afegirem més polítiques o reformes que podrien corregir aquest problema.

[eng] The employment situation of the young Spanish people is clearly worst comparing it to the rest of Europe. This study will explain in depth the reality of this sector of the population and their actual labor situation. The youth unemployment rate has been one of the most affected indicator by the economic crisis. As this economic indicator has direct effects to the present and future economic situation of the young population, it is extremely important to reduce this rate. This part of the society that does not have the opportunity to find the right workplace according to their studies and skills, will have to accept a lower salary with overqualified skills and knowledge than the people joining the labor market during an expansion period of the economy. This study will analyze in depth the unemployment topic from different points of view and the reasons of this situation as the deficiencies that the education system and labour market have. Once we will have exposed the reasons of this terrible macroeconomic rate, we will explain the measures that our Government has applied, comparing them to the ones that the European Union has applied. To conclude, we will add alternative political reforms that could correct this problem.
