Abstract

Aquest treball es basarà en aplicar els coneixements econòmics-financers per analitzar la qualitat de la proposta de canvi en la forma de gestió del servei d’abastament d’aigua potable i clavegueram elaborada per l’ajuntament de Binissalem. Aquesta proposta va ser duta a terme per l’òrgan de gestió de l’ajuntament de Binissalem el qual volia treure a concurs el servei d’abastament d’aigua potable i clavegueram ja que els suposava una despesa molt gran. RESUME This work will be based on applying the economic-financial knowledge to analyse the quality of the proposed of change in the management of water supply and sewage service produced by the city council of Binissalem. The management body of the city council of Binissalem carried this proposed out. It wanted to invite tenders to manage the water supply and sewage service because it work supposed them having a big amount of lost. During this work I will comment the mistakes that I consider the city council made in the elaboration of the memory and all in the document where they expose all the conditions. Then I will create another memory and other document explaining what I consider well conditions.
