La destrucció terrorista del patrimoni: el cas de Síria

[cat] El patrimoni històric en la seva dimensió arqueològica , é s un llegat rebut del passat que ha de ser transmès a les generacions futures , ja que constitueix una font d’identitat de la nació on es genera , i en un mon global é s font d’intercanvi en el context de la recepció dels països que hi tenen accessibilitat . Contribueix a la comprensió de la diversitat, i per tant, de la condició human a. La seva destruc ció é s un fet que preocupa especialment a la comunitat internacional. Això ha provocat que per a la seva protecció s’hagi aprovat un ampli cos normatiu internacional , clarament insuficient, si no s’acompanya d’una sèrie d’accions que ajud in a conscienciar a governs, exè rcits i població civil , del valor del p atrimoni dels seus països com a ins trument de recuperació social. L ’objectiu final del treball es conèixer quines eines internacionals existeixen per a conservar el patrimoni davant de la de s protecció internacional , vers d’ un grup terrorista que utilitza el patrimoni com a arma de guerra no convencional i amb un alt nivell d’impunitat.

It helps to understand the diversity, an d therefore, the human condition. Its destruction is a fact that is particularly concerned about the international community. This has led to the approval of a large international regulatory body for its protection, clearly insufficient, if it is not accom panied by a series of actions that help raise awareness of the value of the heritage of governments, Its countries as an instrument for social recovery. The goal of the work is to know what international tools exist to conservation heritage against interna tional protection against a terrorist group that uses heritage as an unconventional weapon of war and remains in a level of impunity.
