Análisis del mercado balear de servicios turísticos para familias con niños pequeños

[spa] El trabajo consiste en analizar necesidades y limitaciones con las que el turismo familiar se encuentra a la hora de viajar. Para ello se procede a la realización de búsquedas ficticias de hoteles en unos días y características específicas a través de buscadores y a través de lo que eran originalmente agencias de viajes tradicionales que hoy en día también están presentes en internet, posteriormente se mencionan y analizan. Los días escogidos paralas búsquedas fueron del 7 al 14 del 2016, fechas de plena ocupación en la isla, para así comprobar si realmente existen limitaciones y dificultades para la familia en cuanto a encontrar un hotel que cumpla con sus requisitos. Después de las búsquedas, se procede a comentar puntos tan importantes como es el transporte aéreo, los diferentes medios de transporte disponibles en la isla y dónde se concentra este tipo de turismo y que actividades pueden realizarse. Se puede decir que es un turismo con un peso importante en cuanto a número de visitantes, y sin embargo no se les otorga la atención o la importancia que se debería, pues las familias encuentran muchas limitaciones para la realización de su reserva y de su viaje en general

[eng] This Project consists in to analyze needs and limitations which families have to deal when they want to travel. To find this needs and limitations a research has been done by search engine and traditional travel agencies which have had to create their own web page because of the modernization. The days which have been choosed for the research were from 07 to 14 august 2016, dates which coincide with the high season on the island, with the purpose to check if there are limitations and difficulties to the families to find a proper hotel for their holidays. After the research, it is commented the different important points like flight companies, the different available means of transportations on the island, where this type of tourism stays and which activities they can to take part. It is said that is a really important part of the tourism in visitor registrations , however they feel they are not attended as good as they want, because the family find a lot of troubles in their booking and even in their travel in general
