[spa] Este trabajo sobre el Revenue Management (Gestión de Ingresos) hace un repaso al concepto, y la historia de esta metodología. Para luego seguir con las características que se tiene que cumplir para poder aplicarse. La parte principal es un desarrollo de las posibilidades de aplicarlo en hoteles vacacionales, donde se divide en Revenue Management estratégico y Revenue Management táctico. Finalmente, se analizan dos ejemplos de aplicación del revenue management en las tarifas online de la web del hotel
