Análisis de las figuras contractuales de Tiempo Compartido y Condotel

[spa] Las figuras contractuales en el sector turístico son múltiples en función del servicio que queramos contratar. En este trabajo nos basaremos en dos de ellas, que son las de tiempo compartido, desafortunadamente conocida en muchas ocasiones por las constantes estafas realizadas por falta de información y el condotel bastante menos conocido por el público en general, pero muy interesante desde el punto de vista de inversión inmobiliaria tanto para empresarios como para usuarios finales. Los mallorquines somos afortunados, los viajeros de TripAdvisor sitúan en el marco de los “Travellers Choice Island 2016”, a Mallorca dentro del “top ten” de las mejores islas de mundo (sexta posición) por delante de lugares paradisiacos y reconocidos mundialmente como Islas Mauricio, Phuket (Tailandia), Bora Bora en la Polinesia y la isla de Fernando de Noronha en Brasil. Pero estos reconocimientos para mantenerse en el tiempo deben ir acompañados de actuaciones tanto por parte del empresariado como de la administración pertinente. Las figuras que expondremos en el trabajo no son más que nuevas fórmulas de diversificación de la industria turística con el fin de prolongar la temporada más allá de los meses de verano. La estacionalidad es un enemigo común al que hemos de hacer frente, no tenemos industria, somos cocineros, camareros, limpiadoras de pisos, personas que con mucho esfuerzo nos dedicamos en cuerpo y alma a dar servicio a los demás. Nosotros trabajamos para que los demás disfruten y por ello tenemos que dignificar esta profesión dándole continuidad y estabilidad. Por ello tanto los establecimientos de tiempo compartido como de condotel no hacen sino buscar sistemas alternativos para que cuando nuestro turismo de masas regrese a su lugar de origen, otros clientes ocupen esas plazas y mantengamos una línea de crecimiento ascendente en nuestra economía balear.

[eng] The contractual figures in the tourism sector are multiple depending on the service that you want to hire. In this work we will reply on two figures, that are the Times Sharing, unfortunately known on many occasions by the constant scams carried out by lack of information and the Condotel rather less known by the public in general, but very interesting from the point of view of the real estate investment for entrepreneurs and for end users. The mallorcans are fortunate, TripAdvisor travellers is situated within the framework of the Travellers Choice Islands 2016, the island of Mallorca within the "top ten" best Islands in world (sixth place) ahead of paradise and places recognized internationally as Mauritius, Phuket (Thailand), Bora Bora Polynesia and the island of Fernando de Noronha in Brazil. But these awards to keep in time must be accompanied by actions both by the business community of the island and the relevant administration. The figures that we will exhibit at work are nothing more than new formulas for diversification of the tourism industry in order to extend the tourist season beyond the summer months. Seasonality is a common enemy we have to cope, we don't have industry, we are cookers, waiters, housekeepers, people with much effort we are dedicated to give service 5 to others. We work so that others can enjoy and therefore have to dignify this profession giving continuity and stability. Therefore, both settlements of timeshare as of condotel not do but seek alternative systems for when our mass tourism, to return to their place of origin, other customers occupy these spaces and keep a line of upward growth in the Balearic economy.
