dc.description.abstract There’s a new market niche with the “only women’s” tourism. Travel agents, small tour operators and a few hotels all over the world are taking advantage of it. I’m seeing it as a fresh opportunity in Mallorca. What this project studies and analyses is the possibility and viability of opening a small 4 stars only women hotel and lesbian friendly in the centre of Palma de Mallorca with a small café in the terrace operated by the non - profit organisation ASPAS 1 . The aim to be pursued is to create a safe space for empowered women from different ages , who travel alone or in group to Mallorca either for business, shopping, going to the beach, partying or all at the same time ca
