El turisme P2P Experiencial a Balears

Abstract

[spa] En el Trabajo Final de Grado (TFG) que voy a realizar se presenta una nueva forma de distribución, tanto en el alojamiento (en mayor medida) como en el transporte en las Islas Baleares. Este fenómeno se produce entre particulares de distintas comunidades como de distintos países. En este trabajo vamos a ver quién es el principal turista que practica el turismo P2P, cuales son las principales plataformas webs más utilizadas y que tipo de modalidad es la más utilizada. Además explicaré que tipo de normativa tienen las distintas comunidades autónomas con respecto a este tipo de turismo, y en especial, en las Islas Baleares. Con esto esperamos conocer este tipo de turismo más a fondo y destacar la importancia que ha tenido durante la crisis tanto a nivel social como económico. Por último, un aspecto clave a destacar es el papel importante que han jugado las redes sociales y el desarrollo cada vez más de la tecnología, presente hoy en día en todos nosotros.

[eng] In the Final Work of Degree (TFG) that I am going to realize a new form of distribution is presented, both in the accommodation (in greater measure) as in the transport in the Balearic Islands. This phenomenon occurs between individuals of different communities in different countries. In this work we will see who is the main tourist who practices P2P tourism, which are the main platforms most used webs and which type of mode is the most used. I will also explain what kind of regulations have the different autonomous communities with respect to this type of tourism, and especially in the Balearic Islands. With this we hope to know this type of tourism more deeply and to highlight the importance it has had during the crisis both socially and economically. Finally, a key aspect to emphasize is the important role that social networks have played and the growing development of technology, present in all of us today.
