Viabilitat econòmica d’un projecte empresarial: adquisició d’un hotel de 3 estrelles a Platja de Palma

[spa] El proyecto consistirá en la adquisición de un hotel de 3 estrellas ubicado en la Playa de Palma y transformarlo en un hotel de 4 estrellas a partir de la renovación, modernización y compra de nuevas instalaciones. En primer lugar se explicarán las principales magnitudes y tendencias como por ejemplo el gasto turístico o las nacionalidades de los turistas, del mundo en general, de España y de las Islas Baleares y Mallorca. En segundo lugar se explicará el plan estratégico del proyecto describiendo entre muchos otros aspectos su misión y visión, objetivos, reformas del establecimiento y su estrategia de marketing. Y por último se tratará de explicar a partir de Excel, la estimación de los costes, gastos e ingresos del hotel para los próximos 5 años

[eng] This project, will consist in the acquisition of a 3 star hotel located in Playa de Palma, and transform it into a 4 star hotel, thanks to the renovation, modernization and purchase of new infrastructures. Firstly, the project will explain the main trends and magnitudes, such as tourist spending, nationalities of the tourists of the world in general, Spain, the Balearic Islands and Mallorca. Secondly, the strategic plan of the project will be explained, describing its mission and vision, objectives, reforms of the hotel and its marketing strategy among many other aspects. At least, the project will explain with Excel, the estimation of the costs, expenses and income of the hotel for the next 5 years.
