Comunicació i Cures d’Infermería a la Familia del Nin Pal.liatiu

[cat] Cures pal·liatives es defineix com l'atenció integral de pacients amb malaltia que no respon al tractament curatiu, tanmateix, aquesta definició fa sorgir alguns problemes quan s'aplica a la població pediátrica sobretot perquè es fa una distinció rígida entre intervencions curatives i pal•liatives, quan ambdós no són mútuament excloents. Aquest treball pretén revisar la literatura existent per fer una anàlisi de l'atenció i la comunicació amb la família i la pacient, en cures pal·liatives pediàtriques. Per a ells han fet una revisió de la literatura científica en bases de dades: Pubmed, Google acadèmic, CINAHL… utilitzant paraules clau en anglès i espanyol, extret de la DesCS. Els criteris d'inclusió van ser la relació amb el tema d'estudi, excepte aquelles persones que no tenen text complet. Temps límit: 2006-2016. Finalment podem concloure que la comunicació és un element clau en el CPP. És important tenir en compte la comunicació verbal, no verbal per crear un ambient de confiança i estabilitat en els últims dies de la vida d'un nen. El CPP són un repte per a professionals i famílies, ja que no hi ha unificats protocols i hi ha poca formació per a professionals. Per evitar situacions de conflicte que provoquen l'ansietat i tractament agressiu, és necessari tenir coneixements sobre la cura de la família i les eines necessàries per comunicar-se eficaçment, tenint en compte l'edat del nen i els desitjos dels pares.

[eng] Palliative care is defined as the comprehensive care of patients whose disease does not respond to curative treatment, however, this definition does not reflect a problem that may arise from the pediatric population, especially when there is a rigid distinction between curative interventions and palliatives, when both are not mutually exclusive. This paper aims to review the existing literature to make an analysis of the care and communication with the family and the patient, in pediatric palliative care. For them I have done a review of the scientific literature in the bases: Pubmed, Google Academician, CINAHL and Cuiden, using keywords in English and Spanish, extracted from DesCS. The inclusion criteria were the relationship with the subject of study, excluding those that did not have full text. Time limit: 2006-2016. Finally we can conclude that communication is a fundamental element in CPPs. It is important to consider verbal and non-verbal communication to create an atmosphere of trust and stability in the last days of a child's life. CPPs pose a challenge for professionals and families, since there are no unified protocols and there is little training for professionals. In order to avoid therapeutic cruelty and conflictive situations that cause distress, it is necessary to have knowledge about the care of the family and the tools necessary to communicate effectively, taking into account the child's age and the wishes of the parents.
