[spa] El CrossFit® se hace de cada vez más popular entre los atletas y no tan atletas, sin embargo, existen pocas investigaciones científicas sobre ésta novedosa práctica hasta día de hoy.
Se han revisado artículos de lengua anglosajona, portuguesa y castellana, pudiendo llegar a completar la pregunta a investigar, aunque con algunas argumentaciones disipadas por falta de estudios científicos, cómo consecuencia de ser un deporte que a pesar de que lleva doce años en Estados Unidos es relativamente nuevo en España.
El propósito principal a investigar es la relación que puede tener éste programa de entrenamiento funcional de alta intensidad y las posibles consecuencias que pueda ocasionar dicho deporte a nivel musculo esquelético, tanteando los potenciales riesgos de padecer lesiones serias en los diferentes sistemas del organismo, a causa del esfuerzo que comportan los ejercicios de alta intensidad, potencia y fuerza junto con una alimentación inadecuada y centrándose únicamente en la modalidad deportiva de CrossFit®.
Como objetivo secundario, se analiza, si es significativo seguir una dieta específica para deportistas que practiquen éste deporte tan específico, y así evitar o prevenir posibles lesiones o secuelas físicas que pueden acabar como lesiones crónicas. También conocer las ventajas y desventajas de ejercitar el propio cuerpo con ejercicios de alta intensidad a corto y largo plazo.

Revised English, Portuguese and Spanish-language articles, causing them to complete the question to investigate, although with some arguments dissipated for lack of scientific studies, how consequence of being a sport that while it takes twelve years in the United States is relatively new in Spain. The purpose to investigate is the relationship that may have this functional high-intensity training program and the possible consequences that may cause this sport level skeletal muscle, groping the potential risks of suffering from serious injury in the different systems of the body, because of the effort involved in exercises of high intensity, power and strength along with inadequate food and focusing only on the sport of CrossFit ®. As a secondary objective, discussed, whether it is meaningful to follow a specific diet for athletes who practice this sport so specific, and avoid or prevent potential injuries or physical effects that can be finished as chronic lesions. Also learn about the advantages and disadvantages of exercising the body with short- and long-term high-intensity exercises.
