El capital riesgo en España y su impacto en la innovación empresarial

[spa] En este proyecto se elabora un análisis del papel jugado por el capital riesgo en la actividad innovadora de las empresas en España. Es decir, se hace un estudio donde se integran las visiones teóricas y prácticas que afectan a la problemática del Capital Riesgo en nuestro país. El trabajo está estructurado en 3 bloques, todos ellos relacionados. En el primero se describen las diferentes fuentes que tienen las empresas o particulares para financiarse, para posteriormente definir qué es Capital Riesgo. Seguidamente nos introducimos en el capital riesgo en España, analizando su evolución histórica, los distintos recursos y operadores de que dispone dicho método de financiación y finalmente, el papel que juega en la economía nacional y su clasificación por distintas fases de inversión. El segundo bloque engloba las operaciones llevadas a cabo por este método de financiación, centrándonos en la actividad de los últimos años (2011-2013), pero haciendo hincapié también a su trayectoria durante el siglo XXI. Con un posterior análisis comparativo con los mercados más importantes a nivel mundial (Europa y EE.UU). Para cerrar el proyecto, se elabora un tercer bloque, donde se caracterizan dos empresas financiadas por capital riesgo en Mallorca, con el objetivo de visualizar más detalladamente tales operaciones

[eng] In this project we elaborate an analysis of the role played by the Risk Capital in the innovate activity of the Spanish firms. We have divided it into three blocks, which are all connected. In the first one we include the different financing sources and we define what risk capital means. Afterwards we make a study of the Spanish risk capital analyzing it’s historic evolution, the role played in the national economy, the different resources and 6 operators that such financing method has, and finally we detail the different stages in investment. The second block comprises the transactions carried out by this financing method, fowling on the activity between 2011-2013, emphasizing also on it’s trajectory with in the XXI century. Later we analyze comparatively the most important markets worldwide. A third block is elaborated to conclude the project. In this block we talk about two companies financed with risk capital in Mallorca, with the objective to visualize such operations in more detail.
