Intermediarios del Sector Turístico

Abstract

[spa] En este TFG se hace un análisis de la intermediación en el sector turístico. Este análisis se lleva a cabo después de una serie de grandes cambios hace ya unos años, debidos al uso masivo de internet, a la irrupción de las nuevas tecnologías y las nuevas tendencias como las Web 2.0. En su momento, se hicieron distintas predicciones y se intentará analizar si éstas se cumplieron. De igual modo, se intentará dar una visión general de hacia donde se encamina el sector y de cuáles son las tendencias futuras y de si las empresas están suficientemente preparadas para seguir siendo competitivas.

[eng] This work analyzes the intermediation in the tourism sector. This analysis is carried out after a series of major changes a few years ago, due to the massive use of internet, the emergence of new technologies and new trends such as Web 2.0. At the time, different predictions were made and we try to analyze whether they were met. Furthermore, we will try to give an overview of the industry in the near future and if companies are prepared to sustain their competitive advantage.
