Situación actual de la multipropiedad en el sector inmobiliario de la UE y su extrapolación al sector náutico

Abstract

[eng] This paper merely provides an analysis regarding the time-share of both Real Estate and Nautical sector in Europe, specifically in Spain. It is a recent activity; however such activity is actually of great importance since the beginning of the financial crisis in 2008. This document has been done by researching on several sources of information such as articles, journals, etc. in order to explain the current situation of such activity, which is unknown for most of the citizens.
