In this case we will see how this kind of system is introduced on a small firm, that belongs to the industrial sector, with a workforce of 3 employees. Every step in the designing of the plan will be explained according to the information provided from the owner of the business and related to theoretical concepts, trying to fit the most in the context of this business and in order to guarantee the success of the variable pay system. In addition, at the end of the case we will expose some key factors to consider when introducing a variable pay system in a small firm.

En este supuesto observaremos como este tipo de sistemas se introduce en una pequeña empresa, perteneciente al sector industrial, con una plantilla de 3 trabajadores.
