Saturación turística en Mallorca

Abstract

[spa] En este trabajo se lleva a cabo una investigación sobre la saturación turística en Mallorca, basada en estadísticas históricas y actuales y en la opinión de los residentes de Mallorca. Dicha opinión se obtiene de la elaboración de una muestra no probabilística de conveniencia. El cuestionario utilizado para la consecución de información de esta muestra, está clasificado en diferentes bloques con el objetivo de poder realizar filtros a las preguntas, así como facilitar las respuestas a los usuarios. Asimismo, lo trascendental de esta investigación es la captación de información relevante sobre la saturación turística y sobre la creación de la ecotasa en la mayor isla de las Illes Balears. Las conclusiones y los resultados obtenidos en esta investigación pretenden dar a conocer la opinión de los residentes de Mallorca sobre el turismo en su isla, y así acentuar las soluciones o bien modificaciones que se deberían realizar.

[eng] The work done is a research about the tourist saturation in Mallorca based on historic and current statistics and the opinion of the present residents, which has been obtained from the elaboration of a non probabilistic sample of convenience. The questionnaire used to get useful information from this sample is classified in different blocks, in order to put filters into the questions, as well as facilitate answers to users. Likewise, the most important aspect to consider in this research is the gathering of relevant information about tourist saturation and eco-tax creation in the biggest Balearic Island. Conclusions and results obtained from this study expect to make public the opinion of the residents of Mallorca about tourism in their island, enough to reach the solutions or modifications that should be applied to it.
