[spa] Mediante este trabajo se pretenden analizar las nuevas formas
organizativas que han surgido en diversos países del mundo en respuesta a
una creciente demanda de la sociedad por regularizar las empresas sociales.
Definiremos qué se entiende por empresa social, sus orígenes y antecedentes
y, sobre todo, nos centraremos en analizar las existentes formas organizativas
aparecidas en Estados Unidos y Reino Unido.
No solo se tratarán de definir estas nuevas formas organizativas, se intentará
también de explicar por qué fue necesaria su implantación, a quién benefician,
los sectores en los que se puede esperar que se acojan a estas formas
organizativas, si puede esperarse que la misión social de la empresa esté
protegida de los inversores o si existe la posibilidad de que estas sean
utilizadas de forma fraudulenta.
[eng] This paper intends to analyze the new organizational forms that have
arisen in various countries of the world in response to a growing demand from
society for the regularizations of social enterprises. We will define what it means
to be a social enterprise, its origins and background and, above all, we will
focus and analyze the forms organized in the United States and the United
Kingdom.
Not only will these new organizational forms be explained, it will also be
explained the need for their implementation, who the beneficiaries are, the
sectors in which they can be expected to use these organizational forms, if the
social mission of the company can be protected from the investors and if there
is a possibility that they may be used fraudulently.
