Contrato de Permuta Financiera de Tipos de Interés

Abstract

[spa] El presente trabajo ofrece el estudio en profundidad de un contrato de permuta financiera de tipos de interés. Dicho estudio concretamente cuenta de tres apartados: en primer lugar, analizar la idoneidad del contrato ofrecido por una entidad financiera; en segundo lugar, valorar dicho contrato en el momento de la formalización del mismo, y por último, valorar nuevamente los productos ofrecidos, pero esta vez un año después de la formalización. Para ello se realizará un análisis de la situación del índice de referencia durante los años del contrato (2007-2012) y se utilizará un modelo de valoración para poder proporcionar las conclusiones pertinentes en los últimos apartados.

[eng] This working document provides the in-depth study of a swap arrangement of interest rates. The above mentioned study concretely counts of three parts: first, to analyze the suitability of the contract offered by a financial institution; secondly, to value the above mentioned contract in the moment of the formalization, and finally, to value again the offered products, but this time one year after the formalization. For it, it will be realized an analysis of the situation of the index of reference during the years of the contract (2007-2012) and in the study will use a valuation model for being able to provide the pertinent conclusions in the last two parts.
