Urisme a la Mediterrània

Abstract

[cat] Amb l’objectiu d’analitzar com ha evolucionat el turisme en els països del Mediterrani, hem realitzat una recerca de diversos indicadors relacionats en aquest sector entre el període 2000-2015. Veurem com diferents esdeveniments, tant generals com més particulars, succeïts en aquest cronograma, han afectat al turisme a diferents graus depenent del país, i com les conseqüències d’esdeveniments interns s’han acabat convertint amb problemes de països veïns. A més, el turisme no ha aturat de créixer en termes generals a pesar del que ha succeït, gràcies a l’aportació de països amb molta força en aquest sector, com podria ser Espanya, o Turquia, un país que s’ha anat fent més competitiu al llarg del període, mentre que d’altres, essent països més petits (en termes de PIB) aporten manco, o no tenen intenció de diversificar la seva economia o de realitzar reformes per impulsar la seva economia interna.

[eng] Our aim is to analyze the tourism evolution throughout the Mediterranean countries.We have done a research using a range of different variables related to this sector between 2000-2015. We will observe to which extent general and internal events affect tourism, and how these internal events in a country have turned into obstacles and troubles for the nearby countries. Notwithstanding the bad events in some countries, tourism has increased in general terms due to the contribution of strong countries in this sector as Spain and Turkey. Turkey has become more competitive in the last years, meanwhile small countries (in terms of GDP) contribute less, or do not have the intention to diversify their economies in order to boost their internal economy.
